Gold Star Analysis offers a flexible and independent service in business analysis to meet your demands. Our work is mostly generated to fill temporary or ad-hoc gaps in our clients’ organisations. If you do not have the luxury of a full-time or available analyst to give your project Top Priority, then please contact us. We are driven by results and have an excellent track record of completing projects to time, scope and cost. Karen Dufrene MICM (Grad): I have been a Consultant Business Analyst since 2000 and a Graduate Member of the Institute of Credit Management since 1998. With significant senior management experience within a variety of industries, I have always worked within Finance divisions, particularly Credit and worked closely with IT and Customer Services. I am motivated to complete projects to time, scope and budget. I love statistics (!) and useful applications of objective information.

Maxine Welford MICM (Grad) : My background is in senior credit management and IT project management and consultancy. I am also a Graduate Member of the Institute of Credit Management and was winner of Pricewaterhousecoopers award for best ICM project paper in 2005. I don’t love stats as much as Karen does but I do really enjoy improving business results either via coaching or in project environments.
