Billing Analysis – root cause analysis of billing errors and cross-functional billing review reduced incorrect bills by 60%. Success tracked by using a tailored set of KPIs.

Debt Analysis – raw data taken and analysed into customer segments. The resources of the Collection team were effectively focused to meet year-end targets.

Call Pattern Analysis – data taken at the switch, ACD and appropriate points in the call paths to feed into a calling model designed for a telecoms company. Key events were mapped then Erlang applied to produce optimum staffing levels by 0.5 hour over a 24 hour period. Abandon rate was reduced by 42%
