The terms of business will come into effect upon receipt and provides detailed information on the way the firm conducts business. If you require clarification on any points please call one of the firm's directors.
Our Services
We can confirm that we will review, investigate and produce objective information based on your company. Our strength is primarily data analysis and the interpretation and application of the output in your company.
Our Dealings with You
To avoid possible disputes, we normally require our clients to give us instructions in writing. However, we will accept verbal instruction from clients, which will then be confirmed in writing. All verbal instructions will be recorded in your client file.
Remuneration
We offer the option of charging by project or by day. Fees are charged at a daily rate from £350 per 8 hours. Rates are subject to an annual review. We will notify you in advance of the fees we charge by providing a written quote or tender.
Payment terms
Invoices will be generated upon completion of the project, at agreed project stages or monthly. The frequency and timing of invoices will be made prior to commencement of the project. Payment terms are 7 days from date of invoice to the advised bank account.
Complaints
If you should have any complaints about our work, please put your grievance in writing to the directors. All complaints will be investigated and responded to within 7 days of receipt.
Termination
Either party (you or we) may terminate our contract. Notice of this termination must be given in writing and will take effect upon receipt of such document.
